For three months, Magic Wip transforms Pavillon Villette into a global crossroads of magic cultures. Emerging and established artists appear in performances, workshops, and works-inprogress, all of which provide an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas. Each year, artists are also hosted in residencies and provided with support for the creation of their projects. In the middle of the pavilion, automated trick booths and take-away magic kits are available to a public of the curious, both young and old, amateurs and professionals.
