After the incredible success of their creation based on the cantata Davide penitente at the Mozart week 2015, Bartabas and Marc Minkowski collaborate again and propose the Requiem of Mozart. A unique theatrical performance and equestrian choreography led by the rider and theatre director along with his team from the Académie équestre de Versailles.

In 2015, Marc Minkowski and Bartabas had imagined a unique show. This opera based on David peniente by Mozart received a tremendous response from the public. Based on this experience, Bartabas returned to Salzburg with his noble horses for the Mozart Week 2017 to present one of Mozart’s most popular and at the same time most profound and sublime creations in a new scenic context: the Requiem with Les Musiciens du Louvre conducted by Marc Minkowski.
